Application Fee:$100 (non-refundable and must be received within 48 hours of application submission.)
Administrative Processing Fee:$137.33 per hour, eight hours minimum.*
Security Fee:$112.55 per hour, per officer; one officer, eight hours minimum.*
Daily Permit Fees:
a) Special Event:$400 per day or part thereof
b) Filming:$400 per day or part thereof
c) Still Photography:$100 per day or part thereof
* Administrative Processing and Security fees are subject to change without prior notification.
Please note:
Additional fees may apply if your activity requires special services by the Port, such as signage or K-rail removal.
Other agencies may assess additional fees depending on the nature of your activity.
Tenants may charge their own fees if activity occurs on leased premises.
Acceptable methods of payment are:

b) Cashier’s check made to the order of the Port of Long Beach.Checks may be mailed to Terminal Services, Port of Long Beach, 925 Harbor Plaza, Long Beach, CA 90802.
