The Long Beach Board of Harbor Commissioners, the governing authority for the Port of Long Beach, generally meets three times a month on Mondays at the Port Administration Building, 925 Harbor Plaza, Long Beach, California, in the 6th Floor Board Room. The first two meetings of the month start at 1 p.m.  The third meeting of the month starts at 5 p.m., and the Commission is dark on the fourth Monday.

The meeting agenda is available 72 hours before the scheduled meeting.The agenda is available in an alternative format and can be requested by contacting the Executive Assistant to the Board at (562) 590-4104 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
